What Shipping Methods Are Available?

In Cellac, logistic solution is one of our key service pillar. You can find the most appropriate shipping method and enjoy the cheapest cost. You can easily find the suitable logistic method to fit for deals.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

For each deal, it is usually mentioned the estimate delivery time for buyer reference. The actually delivery time will be vary according to the season and shipment method. Please check with the vendor in case you have an query on the delivery time.

What is the registration procedure ?

In Cellac Smart City, you can register as a buying customer by simply click the Register on the top right corner or select Platform Login in VENDOR on the top menu bar.

To become a Seller, you have to register as a Vendor first. You can register as a free member Vendor or approved Vendor with more feature and benefit, such as you can get more potential buying customer information and customer matching service. Please follow the below registration procedure and we will verify your account information and approve you to be a free member initially. If you want to become an Approved Vendor, please contact our sales person.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track you order status, please click into the “Track Order" page and provide the information and order ID, you can find the status of your order.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

You can place order in guest mode, but we recommend you to register as a member that can enjoy our provided service and benefit that for registered customer only.
